Credit of Final Cash Dividend 2021

The shareholders of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Pakistan Limited are hereby informed that the Final Cash Dividend at the rate of Rs. 6.50 per share (i.e. 65% ) for the year ended December 31, 2020, approved by the shareholders of GSK in the 74th Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on 27 April 2021, has been directly credited through electronic mode on May 06, 2021, into the designated bank accounts of those entitled shareholders who have provided their valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) and valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details.

Details of the number of shares held, total amount of Cash Dividend, tax and Zakat deductions and the net amount credited into the designated bank account of the shareholders has been uploaded to the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) as required by law.

Registration on CDC’s e-Services Web Portal
The respective shareholders may access the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) developed by CDC via www.eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk/public/index.xhtml by registering themselves, to retrieve details of their cash dividends from CCDR for their record purposes or tax filing.

Mandatory Requirement for Provision of IBAN and Valid CNIC
In compliance with the requirements of Companies Act, 2017 and Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 (the Regulations), it is notified that payment of cash dividend is withheld by the Company for those shareholders whose CNIC and/or IBAN are not available with the Company.

In order to receive Cash Dividend(s) withheld by the Company as stated above, shareholders holding physical shares are advised to provide requisite details to the Company’s Shares Registrar at the below given address along with a legible copy of their valid CNIC and provide complete bank details including 24-digit IBAN by filing the form posted at the Company’s website i.e. http://www.pk.gsk.com. In the case of shares held in CDC, shareholders should provide requisite details to CDC Investor Account Services/CDS Participants/Broker.
