Final Notice Under section 244(1) (b) of the Companies Act 2017

Dear Shareholder,

Notice is hereby given that the shares and dividends declared by GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited; details whereof are appearing on the Company’s Website i.e. http://www.pk.gsk.com, have remained unclaimed for a period of three years from the date of their issue, in respect of shareholders mentioned therein.

In this regard, notices were sent on September 29, 2017 by registered post on the last known addresses to the said shareholders advising them to submit their claims within ninety (90) days to the Company.

Accordingly, the Company hereby invites the aforesaid shareholders to file their claims within 90 days to our registered office or our Share Registrar at the below address, from the date of this Notice. In case no claim is received within the period mentioned herein, the Company shall be constrained to proceed for depositing the unclaimed shares with the Federal government pursuant to the provision of Sub-Section (2) of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.
