Masood Khan

Masood Khan is Senior Director – Network Performance & Execution, Primary & Small Molecules, with a professional career spanning over 13 years at GSK. He leads network performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across GSK's Primary & Small Molecules manufacturing network, partnering closely with manufacturing sites and functional leadership teams to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost.

Since joining GSK in 2013 through the Future Leaders Program, Masood has progressed through an accelerated development path, taking on a series of cross-functional rotations and progressively senior roles spanning manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, logistics, and site operations — a trajectory reflecting his consistently strong performance and readiness for accelerated impact. Prior to his current role, he served as Site Director for GSK Pakistan's Korangi manufacturing site.

Throughout his career, Masood has led several large-scale transformation programmes, including enterprise systems implementation, operational excellence deployment, capability-building and learning initiatives, digital adoption, and advanced manufacturing projects. His experience spans end-to-end pharmaceutical operations, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational capability, and delivering sustainable business results.
